Saying that psychology is a pseudo-science is offensive, it is absolutely not true.

Why is it offensive to say that psychology is a pseudo-science? There is psychiatry, and everything else is just pseudoscience that has no value. Yes, you are right to have your own opinion on this issue. I respect it. But I personally have a completely different attitude on this issue.
I was very lucky at the time to find the right books that helped me get out of the quagmire of this swamp. I read and listened to podcasts every day for several hours. My situation and condition have changed. I am very grateful to some authors. Thank them very much for their work.
