As much as that's the best thing to do, not everyone reads the terms and conditions and it's not like those people are actively trying to game the system so why punish them so harshly when there's more appropriate and just measures available?

They know too well that our reading culture is so bad that they can hide some tough terms right in the open and people will not hesitate to tick the accept terms and conditions because it's paragraphs of stuff to read...

And we really can't blame them because we consented to their T&Cs and they will wait for us to break those rules... But of course depending on how serious a case is, there is always a second chance when we appeal depending on which term is broken... thats why after such is done 60% of the time it results into a deposit refund and forfeiting of winnings.
