Of course bots responds to you based on your selection under the options available as that is the only way to know what problem you are facing and they are programmed to provide response to you based on what you select so it is difficult to see bot’s response to be different from what it is supposed to be unless there is a technical glitch. Although some bots response may not be accurate enough to fully address the customer issues which could be lack of proper understanding of customers language to fully comprehend the issue or it could be programming issues. Bots are to be used in conjunction with human customer support if u want to get the best out of them.
I agree bots are helpful for quick straightforward issues but they can fall short when things get more complex or when language understanding isn’t quite right. Yeah it’s true that many people give up after a frustrating first experience but bots work best when paired with human support for those tougher situations. I think bots should handle the basics efficiently then smoothly hand over to a real person when needed that can make customer service faster and less frustrating overall.
Bot response is automated as we all know, just as you have also said, they provide information base on what has already been set up for them, however, each time they have already given their last information piece, there the later provided with the option to be transferred to an online customer agent, which when we feels not satisfied enough by what had been provided, we may choose to get transferred to an online agent for more accurate engagement, but it's a pity now that you discover some gambling platforms only subjecting their users to bot and not a live customer support agent, such should not be, because not all issues can the bit handles like the way an agent could deal and relate with a customer.
