When an account is self excluded, you can not have access to your balance. Thats the point. We sent 2 Emails requesting the players personal crypto wallet address to we could pay out the owing balance. 2 emails. We did not, and have still not received a crypto currency wallet address to send the customer his remaining funds.
Why exactly? I know you have the right to close any account for some reason since you have terms and conditions. Why not just suspend the account and keep withdrawals open? So you will not see such allegation threads here. If you don't like to allow someone to use your platform, then you don't have the right to freeze their funds. Why not make it simple?

I think it is fair and reasonable to agree that I won't be engaging in this case anymore. The scenario will be sorted out with our relevant department via normal customer communication methods.
At least I don't expect such a reply from you. It's kind of a threat that you won't reply here. Please respect the community, try to solve the issue, then stop replying. People come here with an expectation to resolve their issues. If it were sorted through others normal customer communication, then OP wouldn't create a thread here. You should at least update this thread about the solution.
