Nah, its a Vietnamese sign for a train crossing. Given the setting, I made an educated guess it was the Hanoi Train street, where commuter trains zip through an urban residential neighborhood, within a meter of the buildings. He already gave me a merit dump for it.

Yes but it's a weird mix of signs, the railroad crossing sign looks the same in Sweden but the no right turn sign looks like they do in Denmark. Usually a country uses either a yellow background color or a white color, I have never seen a mix. But what do I know of Vietnam.
