Sucks as I was ready to relax for a few hours and prey on some donks.
I am willing to play with you, GL. I am having a horrible experience on this platform. Now they have suspended my withdrawal and tip permissions as if I have done something wrong. Totally not acceptable. I have made the video to return the favour, but this kind of behaviour is an insult to my time, energy and intentions. First I had to deal with the chatbot who could not even understand my problem, and then after hours of waiting the customer support's response was pathetic too.
@icopress and @bc.poker please solve this issue ASAP.
Hey bud, sorry for taking so long.Your account has not been topped up on bc.game, but you have withdrawn a lot of money (more than one hundred dollars is a lot for someone who has not topped up), so it triggered our risk control system. I have manually removed it for you.
