So codes were before showing, in the chat before the video, but were those accounts of Shuffle team? If not, it's alarming indeed.

But if they were from shuffle staff, it would speak more of miscommunication inside ad team then any inequality. And since they still are looking for marketing team, this could just be mismanagement. Or just worst video delay.

It's probably mere mismanagement and miscommunication. Why would Shuffle cheat a game? It doesn't make sense to do that unless they're truly a scam casino, which they're NOT.

The site have a feature for updates, why needed to put my real name at the time is still not being asked. I only put my real name, only with the condition the site doesn't have any feature to update the data. TBH, you can also request a change to the data level 1 as long is not being verified with level 2 on support.

Mine are simple..... If they want real data....Just do it in the beginning with level 2 initially, not level 1 cause is useless.

It actually doesn't matter if you prefer to use your real name, because if you use your real name, there's actually no way for them to verify if it's actually YOUR name without KYC. My argument against using a fake name is the casino MIGHT think it to be suspicious, although it might not matter from their viewpoint as well.
