Yes, I agree with you that gamblers should take a break when they're losing in their 1st strike. Of course, every gambler must be extra careful to understand that when a gambler loses some amount of money, he must take a break. When a person loses, he naturally blames fate and a kind of stubbornness works in his mind. He then tries to recover his lost wealth with all his might. And in trying to recover this lost wealth, he loses everything.

Yes, I agree to what you just said above, because greed is not only a sin, but rather the worst personally trait one could have, both in the gambling community at large, knowing fully well it is a game of luck, whose outcome are usually base on a product of random algorithms. And as such, the truth of the fact is that taking a break while losing doesn't make you stupid, or neither does it make you fail to win your expected amount you have always wanted. But rather, it saves you from losing more, and helps you to re-strategize with newly tactics capable of helping you win more.

Sometimes it is very easy to say it but when you get into gambling you will realize that most of the things we say is not very easy to do especially when you are losing, greed is the major factor that contributes to more losses in trading and gambling but the same greed makes you to win most times because every gambler is greedy if they are not why will a normal person invest $1 to win $100? . Again the game doesn't favour the players all the time so at some point when the player is losing the spirit keeps pushing him to gambler more because they believe that the moment they stop playing may be the lucky time they would have been lucky to win. Just gamble responsibly and if you must chase your losses in gambling don't forget you may end up losing more money or recovering all you have lost.
