It’s a project. I don’t expect Kompany to win the treble and dominate every opponent in his first year in charge.

One Bundesliga trophy alone is extraordinary for Kompany in his first year with Bayern Munich because to become a champion in the midst of the dominance of other teams who are good is not easy but Kompany has proven that he also has the ability to make the Munich team dominate the Bundesliga again this season. It will be a tough match but Bayern Munic have considerable advantage over them which is enough to see them through that stage of the Champions League. If Kompany is able to take Bayern Munic to the Champions League finals and also win the Bundesliga, that is already enough achievement for them even if they fail to win the Champions League.
