I don't like to go to live support for many issues because most times casino support doesn't feel very informed. They just give users a prewritten response from the casino support handbook
Its because some of the gambling sites around here hire 3rd party customer support to handle their live support which was why you would notice in some sites, the customer support would just give nonsense format based response because they totally got no clue about the site at all
