Pushing consistently is my majority daily because i have actually benefited alot ever since i joined this push-ups thread, this push-ups thread have being keeping fit and all my muscles flexible, and i any day i do my daily push-ups, i always remember the first day i joined this push-ups, it was not that easy on me that first day, all my body was so heavy and shaking too that i was able to do 30 in different sets but I'm so happy for what i actually be come when it comes to push-ups.
