though once you continue chasing losses in gambling there is a very big possiblity of more losses at the end of day. So The best way is to stop and refresh your memory and have some rest.
Chasing losses has never done me good.

So, if someone keeps on chasing their losses, they're on the bad track and they are going to have more losses if they don't stop.

It's okay to chase for a moment but don't get into that point you'll have to do it from time to time, you'll definitely giving room for more.

The end of chasing losses is always bitter for any gambler that chooses to do so, though, on multiple cases it's not the player's fault. But that of some disorders like greed and weak emotional control. Nobody would want to continue losing, yet the gravity is always stronger than the will of the gamer. Hence, going further with the chase till it's zero on the bankroll remains the only option.
I know right? It doesn't end up good for me and that's why I've stopped doing that. If I lose some money today, I won't be able to take it back as soon as possible.

I'll just let a day or two until I am good as new to go and bet for some once again. I'm not willing to take extra milestones anymore to recover those losses.

If it's for me, I'll be able to do that with my next trip but if not, I'll just let it be and won't be stressing about that anymore.
