Real estate and cryptocurrency can be a powerful hedge against inflation. Since real estate is a physical asset it requires a large amount of capital investment and can be affected by market fluctuations especially in terms of loans and credit. Cryptocurrencies are not controlled by any central bank or government so they are immune to the volatility of fiat currencies. When governments print money to supply additional currency during times of inflation the value of cryptocurrencies is protected from that volatility.

Even with higher inflation, your real estate investment will not be affected also. Let me give you a simple example. Inflation is not something that started today or yesterday, so let’s say I’m in the last 10 years during the inflation; you are able to invest your money into real estate, which means housing, right? You even give that house for rent to be paid annually. So in this case, you have been collecting a certain amount of money as a source of income annually, and still you are owning your property, which by now has been 10 years. When you want to sell that property, you will still be able to get interest more than the money you used to purchase the house 10 years back.

So my question for you is, in this case, how are you affected by the inflation? Or you even gained.
