At least Nottingham really made this season less boring. because the team that was usually considered weak has now turned into a strong team that can even stay in 3rd place with a fairly good point difference from 4th place. So tight competition will probably only occur for 4th place. Meanwhile, 1,2 and 3 will likely continue like that. But if Nottingham suddenly lose their consistency then it wouldn't be surprising either. but one thing I believe is that Nottingham will get a UCL ticket this season.
And yes, a league becomes more interesting when the fierce competition for the title continues until the end. But in the Premier League this season it looks like Liverpool really dominated in the end. This is different from the previous season where the 1st and 2nd places, namely Arsenal and Man City, continued to overtake each other until the end of the season. Even though in the end it was always Arsenal who failed.
Manchester City made the biggest difference among them all this season, but to be fair and to Liverpool's credit, this was season was exceptionally good and Manchester City would have had a hard time anyway.
There is however one thing that I don't understand, but it being repeatedly said in the media. They say this is the strongest Liverpool ever. But this is not true. I had to check and saw that Liverpool in the season 2019/2020 had 82 points after 29 games! Jesus Christ that is 12 points more than now after the same number of games. In my opinion that Klopp team back then was the strongest Liverpool team that ever existed. By then they were 22 point ahead of Manchester City.
Nottingham made this season more enjoyable because it never gets boring when a team without any merits fights so hard for their goals and over-accomplishes them. It would be miserable to see them falling short of reaching the top four.
