This is still unknown for most gamblers. They think that the key to relieve that stress is to gamble continuously and chase their losses.

Taking a break and going like what you have said really helps a lot. Whatever drink you can grab that you can sip on and have some moments for yourself.

If this is done, you'll have to think of what you have to do next. If you're up to get out and hang out with friends, better.


Yeah, I agree with this.

The mind is a very interesting thing, and we have control over it, but if we let the mind run our lives, that's when it can get ugly.

It is a hood idea as you say to simply walk away from a negative experience, say, a big loss. Because then the brain will be able to have some space and separation and be able to think in a more rational way, including more facts into making a good decision.

If you keep gambling you ate not really using the most rational part of your brain, and the casinos know this of course.
