I don't really understand what many people are so depressed about. This was not a thing back when the internet did not exist yet. I guess it's also because we now lack the activity and then the pandemic came too. It messed up the brains of many people, and we tend to just be in our homes with our phones or computers and talk less with people.

Anyway, it is true that we have to keep our body healthy and so do our mental state. We cannot make an analysis if we are thinking about our losses and having some rest will help a lot. I keep on saying that because I know, I tested it on myself, and I felt better after a long rest without gambling.
