The common regret we could have in chasing after loss is that we are going to achieve nothing from it at the end, then we have wasted more time, more money, energy and emotions to acheive nothing in return, also, we may be depressed at the cause because we are not achieving our aim for gambling, loss is always the return most gamblers get at the end with huge disappointment, better but to do it then regretting later.

Chasing losses is a constant cycle of constant misery and depression that gamblers put themselves in. This shows a lack of emotional discipline, and inability to control your impulses. The Best thing to do after losing a bet is to simply log out of your bet account so you don't get tempted to start chasing your losses.

Accept that you already emptied your bankroll and move forward, like what you mentioned it's just putting pressures with your emotion when trying to chase your loses, though it's really tough to control and most gamblers who got addicted had been trapped with this act, they are hoping that by chance they'll be able to recover if luck permits them.

They only realized that mistake when everything was gone including that additional deposit, an amount that they really regret letting go but nothing that they can do about it after losing.

Thats how someone will really be that making out such approach on which at the time that they do gamble then when you do really that have those loses then you should really know on when to call it a day and will really be that making yourself that move on and wont really be making further deposits, because this is where usually people do messed up their lives when it comes to finances because they are really that trying out to chase on what they had lost. Perhaps I agree that disappointment and resentment towards oneself does not come during the game itself, which is often a series of stupid and incorrect game actions, but it comes when you have cooled down a little from the emotions during the game and gradually come to your usual normal state.
Unfortunately, it is in this calmer state that the player begins to experience his loss and his losses more dramatically. This is all, of course, amplified by the fact that such a player who has come to his senses after the excitement of the game has only himself to blame and it is simply impossible to blame someone else for his own stupidity. I would also like to note that the feeling of annoyance comes in waves, sometimes it pops up in your memory and becomes terribly disgusting, then it lets go and somehow gets a little easier.
