If some people, especially those that are being addicted to gambling, if only they had handled gambling so casual, they would not be addicted and gambling will not be a stress to them. Some people causes stress for themselves in the process of gambling and the reason it's so is because stay out long every day, gambling repeatedly just to win a huge amount every day and when they are not able to win that money they desired, it becomes a problem for them. So, if one doesn't even want to get stressed, let them not case all their hope and expectations on gambling.

I believe you meant to say "Cast" instead of "case", anyways, you are right for sure, gambling is not something we should ever depend on, or allow ourselves to get down to the level of having no other choice or options but to depend and put all our hopes in gambling.

Some people says that they don't want to be stressed in gambling meanwhile they are using gambling as their sources of income and when they begin to lose repeatedly, they become emotionally stressed and depressed because there's nothing as painful as losing your hard earned money in gambling, especially when the person doesn't have the intentions to lose the money.
