You are free to believe which casino's review, he is simply suggesting you something good, you can do simple search with keyword "trustpilot" in this gambling board and you will see that most experienced gamblers will not use it as a reference because anyone can post a review there without providing any proof.
For your pending withdrawal, how much is it and what they told you about the case? I'm sure there is a communication between you and the support, there must be a reason why your withdrawal is still pending.
You are also free to open scam accusation against shuffle in this forum if you think that there is something wrong with your case, but dont forget to bring all your evidences to support your accusation.
