It has happened more than once. China aint a lead decision making chamber vested with power to decide fate of the projects. If any friction arises startups start to flee china. That is the best decision to make. The downside which comes along is that exposure to investors would be limited then. Loosely speaking people aint gonna find NEO again under the pile of decomposing coins which are now only flashbacks to the glory they had once had.

Very true...back in a day it seemed like NEO is new ETH, with lots of improvements on top...and look at it now
