You don't need to underestimate Lyon because they might pull some stunts on that day. Don't forget that they are in form. On the other hand, United shouldn't find it difficult to win Lyon and qualify to the semifinals because they are performing pretty good in this league. United is unbeaten and I don't think that they will mess up the only chance to put things right in order to be in UCL next season.

Don't underestimate Lyon, in fact you shouldnt underestimate any team that gets to this stage of the cup, they could surprise. However, Manchester United should have an easy time winning and qualifying for the semi finals

It will not be easy for Manchester United or Lyon even though Manchester United is slightly favored but in the quarter-finals of the Europa League anything is possible as it has been since previous seasons so I think Manchester United cannot be favored too much especially since Manchester United has not shown consistent performance.
Not only the Manchester United vs Lyon match but in all the quarter-final matches I don't think any team is favored too much, I think all teams in the Europa League now have the same chance to qualify for the semifinals.

It means that you are not watching United matches in UEL. Even when Ten Hag was the coach, United didn't lose any match. They are undefeated currently, in the competition. United have been consistent so far and I think that they have the chance to win Lyon in the quarter finals, if they put in their best performance in the game.
