If you think that bots going to be the solution then it will not end up well. I hate having a bot on the line when calling or during a livechat as in 95% of all cases they are just useless and you always want to end up speaking with a live agent. I would hope you guys would reconsider this move.
Bots are helpful to support customers with first basic steps especially for customers who have very limited experience and knowledge about a platform. Bots can give those customers very helpful resources for exploring more about the platform, from terms of service, FAQs, guides and most common customer problems.

For more complicated support, it will need to be escalated to human support and it's a very common customer support flow on centralized platforms now. I see nothing too bad by deploying bots and assign them with basic support for users.
