Honestly I don't mind to do so because there's nothing so special I'm getting from gambling other than just the fun and sometimes it might lead one overboard and go against their decisions. But if you look out from the negative impacts gambling had caused, one will really not think twice to get free from it. So then to be free from gambling entirely I think one needs to control his or her emotions and push it into making the right decisions.and I know it takes time but then when the mind it's made up it's done.

It's important to have that self control, as emotions really impacted the outcome of your behaviors, gambling is something that involves big risk and if you unable to control yourself there's a big chance that you'll get addicted and suffer a lot.

If you intend to free yourself into gambling better to divert your attention to something that will keep you busy and consume most of your time and energy to forget about your gambling activities.
