It's still fine and kicking and look at the reviews there, if you'll read those disappointed ones, the issues are taken care of by the support and they're replying there. Are you an active bc user? Did you know that their support takes more than an hour or two to reply? Other casinos have fast responses. If you are an active bc user, you should know that bc was better before upgrading to bc 4.0. Even their chat room that uses bots and removes mods seems stiff and very weird.

I agree that no casino is perfect, but bc is heading towards something worse than before. If you look at their telegram channel, it is mostly filled with questions about failed deposits and withdrawals.

Bc is a big casino that uses HE 4 percent. That is something very bad. They become very greedy. SOME of my friends started to stop depositing at bc and some closed their accounts. Even though they have high VIP, at least platinum

I miss the old BC

I understand your frustration about that. I was even there when the AMA for the new CEO was introduced, and I've heard him speak about it. You all are heard, and IIRC, Jack wants the community to be the best of it. The experience for me is different, and that's why I don't typically converse with a support, because it goes smoothly on me when I play and bet. Don't worry about it, your concerns from different platforms where bc.game is found, they're taking all of them seriously. It's sad to see VIPs go, but I hope someday they'll be back.
