my list here can be used for a somewhat valid "evidence", at least from the forum's perspective [which IMO kinda more credible than TP] instead of the other platform referred in this particular discusion. You're free to read the link to conclusion provided at each of the resolved case [or others that preceeded it, where he conclusion-system is yet to be added], to see how many players bothered to return.
Though... I personally think they bother to return to report the update or not is rather irrelevant and overshadowed by the status of the cases themselves [resolved] as I'll update the status of the thread regardless of their return, and more importantly and more on point to the discussion you both have, it shows that BC support do their best to handle matters.
Thanks for the thread you provided. Very helpful, unfortunately not many players know about this forum. I am an active member of bc and have many friends there. So there are many cases that I know, some can be resolved and some can not be resolved. The bad TP review issue also seems to have happened recently, after their HE increased to 4 percent.
It seems that the change of bc ownership has changed things, the new owner seems to want to get a lot of profit from bc. I also just found out that the owner of bc has changed and the old owner was declared bankrupt
