Thanks for the thread you provided. Very helpful, unfortunately not many players know about this forum. I am an active member of bc and have many friends there. So there are many cases that I know, some can be resolved and some can not be resolved. The bad TP review issue also seems to have happened recently, after their HE increased to 4 percent.
It seems that the change of bc ownership has changed things, the new owner seems to want to get a lot of profit from bc. I also just found out that the owner of bc has changed and the old owner was declared bankrupt

Personally, I don't give much importance to reviews left by users on TrustPilot, and the reason for that is simple: They don't monitor the reviews that are posted about a product or service, and anyone can leave any review and it gets posted and affects the overall trust rate of the service or platform and that's unfair. If I don't like a casino, I can create a bunch of TrustPilot accounts and leave 1 star and negative reviews about it with all of them, and that will affect their overall rating.
Review websites such as BTCGosu are more credible and honest with their reviews because they only rate platforms based on how they perform and also based on their experience, and they don't do paid reviews as far as I know, nor their reviews are influenced by people having personal grudges and problems with platforms and want to hurt their reputation.
