It's not safe to save or back up your seed phrase only in one place. At least you should be able to have a backup in different locations of your seed phrase and not only in one place, and better still, even the places you back it up to should be both water- and fireproof to prevent it from being destroyed if any of your mentioned disasters happen.

Yes, you are absolutely correct that is the real truth about it. because no body can really predict what would happen at any given time, so for that I think is quite good for us to always prepared ourselves and take precautions. Because just like as they always said that prevention is better than cure that is how it is, more especially in this seed phrase. However, I think the idea a very good one because it will enable us to secured it probably against any war or disaster, although we don't pray for such thing to happen.
