I think you're very much mistaken for saying that I was being lazy to read the tos, and how did you even know about that? And of course I do read the tos before joining the platform but then they didn't mentioned anything about KYC verification in the tos. not until when i decide to make withdrawal that was when they ask for KYC,The truth is that I wasn't expecting that which is why I decided to let it go.

If your statement is true then you can raise a concern about them because it’s unprofessional for a business to require KYC without stating it on their ToS.

They can’t impose KYC unless it was stated on their TOS especially if you are sure that you read it carefully and so that they stated the “no KYC” part.
