Felt a little bit lazy after yesterday's engagement, good thing I was able to get down to do some push up and 30mins jogging.

Thank you! It depends on day, sometimes I do 20-40 in one set, but if I go hard and push myself I can do 40 in one set. On best days 10 years ago I could do 50 in one set but those days are long gone.
That's impressive It's great that you're still pushing yourself to do more, even if you can't quite reach the same numbers as you did 10 years ago. 40 in one set that is a remarkable feat, cause maintaining our fitness level is our number 1 priority.
yesterday I tried to make things easier in my push ups so I did stretching along side with some jugging just to make sure I could complete another 50 push ups today but at least I Was able to complete 39 out of 50 it sims my body has not fully adapt to the push ups setting but still I have to stay consistent so I have decided to make some adjustment by pushing both morning and evening .

Hey @OgNasty. I will accept your challenge and I will send my abs picture if 100K reach as proof that I completed your challenge in daily basis. I’m currently have medium body frame with a little bit of dad bud tummy.
I hope Bitcoin will reach 100K this year or else I might have a body of Liam Hemsworth as Thor! Aside from push up. I will add weekly purchase of Bitcoin with an amount of 100$ per week to increase my holdings.
This way I can be more rich and perfect bud when Bitcoin reach 100K.
