Have you been asked for KYC? Just try their live chat support again. In recent days they have been fairly fast to respond so you should get a hold of them. Worst case scenario cancel the withdrawal and try it again, that helped for me in the past. To be honest though, the longest I ever waited was like 36 hours tops, so I was not even close to what you are experiencing!

Hi, yes I have done KYC. Strange time usage aswell. My VIP manager confirmed my withdrawal address and all yesterday. Not received my funds though.
