Many times, especially with betting pattern, they are guessing.
this is the case most of the time (at least from what i have seen), especially when they ask you to snitch the other account usernames.
unless sportsbet has solid proof that he has multiple accounts, it will be his word against theirs.
like, how exactly can OP prove they only have one account? it's impossible.
cases like this rarely get solved here on the forum, so OP best bet is to file a complaint with askgamblers if this goes nowhere.

There really isn't a reason for a sports player to multi-account as Sportsbet since their odds are bad.
