Imagine I made a comment about the differences in their wagering requirements on the 17th March. They have been online up to the 25th March. They never bothered to correct the mistake or even post here responding to different users and promising to make some changes
Many casinos fail to recognize the significance of effective communication which results in cases like this or poorly trained support reps. I understand this forum can be a bit difficult to get a hang of, but it is pretty easy to read replies and respond to them.
