It’s my first time here. And a life of a newbie, I have had push up routine for quite a long time now, I try setting a pace for myself with 60*3=180. This has been my daily routine and I abide my it.

You are saying that you are able to do 3 sets of 60 pushups every day, and you have been doing that for a while?

And, you are planning to join this pushup challenge?

If you want your results in the pushup table, then you need to submit a properly formatted pushup report so that DirtyKeyboard's pushup script will pick up your properly formatted pushup up report and include the results into the daily republished pushup table, as all of the other guys submit properly formatted pushup reports whenever they want to have their pushup results updated in the daily pushup table...

Some guys submit their properly formatted pushup report daily and other guys submit their report after several days.

Throughout this thread, you can see what members submit in regards to their pushup reports and/or you can go to the first post of this thread for an explanation of the proper pushup report format.
