They are saying i am not qualified for the vip top monthly, they have agreed that i had met all of the wagering criteria, but just am not qualified to receive the bonus, when i most certainly am, because in order to qualify to receive the bonus, you need to be plat 3.... i am ruby 4, and also have received the reward, numerous times before, but now all of a sudden, i am not qualified to receive the reward? Reading how you behave I am actually happy you didn't "qualify". I gave you a good advise but in all your hate and misery you even ignore that. I know being broke does bad things to people, good luck getting out of it without making scam accusations because of non promised VIP perks. 
By the way, just looked at your posting history and you complained about the EXACT same thing 2 years ago, just with stake. As a gold VIP (that's the 3rd lowest rank) you thought you would deserve top VIP?? That's actually hilarious. You stay at gold with a wager between 100-250k, and then you wrote you most likely had more wager than 50% of platinum 4 and up players. hahahahaha
