This can never happen, you don't want to see this happen because there will be a crash in so many other sectors.

You also need to foresee that you won't be left with any Bitcoin to buy, if the governments can buy plenty of Bitcoin while the price of 1 Bitcoin is close to $100K, how much more will they not try to speed up and buy massively, if possible strive to accumulate the whole of Bitcoin and place heavy control over the market. While you think it may benefit you, just be aware that you face more to lose, and Bitcoin automatically shifts from its decentralized nature to centralized because the government, a centralized body, now has the power of every investor combined in one place.
