I don't trust Tottenham as much as I trust Chelsea when comparing both team's consistency this season. So in this encounter I see Chelsea winning this game on top of a home advantage they also have. Chelsea is fighting for a spot in the top four and that's enough motivation to give their all to make sure they win to get all 3 points to continue to stay above Manchester city. I think their distractions in their various European competitions wouldn't be an excuse in whatever results that happens to be tonight.

If it is about consistency and form then I can say that Chelsea has been more consistent and has more form than Tottenham Hotspur this season because if Tottenham Hotspur was consistent as Chelsea I don't think they would have been in the 14th position in the premier league table but regardless I don't think today will be easy for Chelsea because they are both fighting for something, Chelsea is fighting for top four while Tottenham Hotspur is fighting to come up in the premier league table so that they won't get close to going to relegation so it is going to be tough.

It's a derby match and for sure I expect it's going to be a tough clash as this two clubs don't have cordial history, but however Chelsea will pull through anyway because they're favourite in this game. This match is so important for Chelsea as they currently sit 6th on the table due to Manchester city and Newcastle united win in their yesterday's games. Only a win can take Chelsea back up to the top four, a UCL chance they will not want to risk for anything and that's why a win is a must.
