Scammers often know how to manipulate images. They creat and edit it to be real pictures. This has once happened to me some years back when someone promised me a fixed football matches showing me some prove of winning. I think it better not to accept any private chat from an unknown person because most times if care isn't taken you will end up been a victim.
Don't forget that in these days with easy access to AI image generators, you can make almost anything look utterly real. Images today are so good and sophisticated, that you need a keen eye to spot if it's a AI generated image or real deal. Of course, there are many ways to find out, but most people don't go that extra step
Honestly, this AI tool is only giving an edge to the scammers and make their works easier for them to succeed while leaving us the hard way to detect it.
It’s best to block immediately any stranger that suddenly popped up in your screen, because today they may give you an edge but tomorrow they will be the reason for your worst nightmare. Block them as early as possible, and be updated how scammers are doing their thing.
