I disagree with you because I think your saying is untrue.
In long term, who say Investment in Bitcoin brings lower reward than trading Bitcoin?
Trading is risky and you can have higher reward by trading Bitcoin in short term, but in long term, I am very sure that most traders will have lower rewards from trading than from long term investment, and most of them even have losses.

Maybe you can read the subject topic first. It says "STOCK MARKET" and not "BITCOIN". Don't just post here without reading the topic okay?
Now I will answer you but focusing more on Bitcoin. What you're saying can't be applied to all investors/traders. There are some out there that are purely investing and yes, most of them might be earning more than other traders out there because of what the statistics has shown that majority of the traders are losing money, but there are a few percentage of those traders out there that are making way more than those who are investing or in this case, purely holding Bitcoin. We know that trading is risky, and that's why I said that it can give you higher reward.
Investing can be more rewarding ONLY if you have the patience to hold Bitcoin for a long time. Unfortunately that isn't the case for most because there are many that are finding ways to earn money over a short period of time hence, they're trading.
In short, the reward will depend on the knowledge, skills and experience of each trader/investor. Just because we are investors, we cannot make much profit from trading so we assume investors will make more profit than traders, or vice versa. It all depends on the person.
But we have to admit that making profits from long-term investments is easy and suitable for the majority, while making profits from trading is much more difficult and not many people can do it. We hear a lot of stories about investors/traders getting rich and among them, long term holders are in the majority compared to traders.
