Do you still consider this casino reliable?
I guess it depends. I have used the casino in the past with no issue, but complaints like yours are becoming more common where they ask the accused person to list all their multiple accounts. To be honest, I so much hate the robotic responses that keep insisting on one listing their accounts2)

Why not just state the linked accounts to the accused? I don't know how those customer assistants are trained.
