Let's see will Madrid manage to pull it again out of the fire?

A match in which Madrid tried everything and achieved close to nothing, one failed penalty kick, one own goal that was not there, VAR, and finally a goal they kind of deserve after a sterile domination but we're still talking about Valencia, not even some middle-tier team.

It's a disappointing game for a 1.3 favorite.

As a Real Madrid fan I am disappointed, but at the same time I don't take this as a surprise at all. It is obvious that the clubs (players) are exhausted by the calendar and in these conditions there is not much difference between Real and Valencia (Valencia players have much more time to recover), hence we get such results.
It's good that Barcelona drew and theoretically there are still chances for the title race to get tougher. Although from now on, a 4-point lead with 8 games to go looks like a win.
