I think I lost the crypto I had in my stormgain exchange account (StormGain has migrated its operation to the platform powered by YouHodler)
From now on I think I will only use exchanges that are on the top 50 or 100 by volume... or if you have other suggestions/filters when choosing an exchange?
The exchange you mentioned here is the first I have heard about this exchange account. Why don't you consider using the best 1-10 exchanges. If you decide to use the best exchange, your assets held on the exchange will not be at too much risk. You can use Binance, Kucoin, gate.io exchanges to hold your crypto assets.
