We all know that as we earn income, we're required to pay taxes. Generally, the more you earn, the higher your taxes. But what about countries with weaker economies that don't strictly enforce tax laws? Would you prefer to live in such a place?
Let’s break this down: What do taxes actually do, and what are the pros and cons of living in a country where tax enforcement is weak? Overall, does this benefit the people, or does it ultimately make life harder for them?
Living in a country with a weak economy only to get rid of taxes is not worth it if you ask me. The reason is simple: in such countries, you will barely see any law being imposed, which ultimately means higher crime rates, no proper policies in any sector, no justice or anything in governmental affairs or things where citizens might need it, and on top of everything, the inflation will be too high that the amount that you may save by not paying taxes living in that country will be easily spent due to inflation, or even more than that.
That's why it's much better to live in a country which has a better economy, even if they impose taxes and you have to pay them, because you will at least live a better life and have basic facilities available at all times including good laws, public services, and low inflation rates which is a thing that no one can deny for creating trouble in their life if it's high.
