I agree Pakistan cricket is having hard time because of its bad structure and management which is not helping young players to grow. Team has been playing very poorly both in their own country and in other countries. They did badly in Tri nation series and Champions Trophy and their trip to New Zealand. Pakistan bowling used to be their strongest part but now it is not working well. Their batting has always had problems and now both parts of game are failing. Other teams are mostly scoring 300+ runs against them. And you are right they need some big changes otherwise they might lose their place in cricket world and join teams like West Indies and Zimbabwe and Sri Lanka, which have had problems with bad management and corruption.
