I'm not sure if
The record for one of the largest amount of BTC transferred from one wallet to another occurred on 27 Jan 2011 11:23:56, when 400,000 BTC was moved. At this  time, this amount is worth approximately $31,427,680,000 (100k/coin= $40b) .   Grin
The tx fee was as low as 0.00 sat/vB

Value at
the largesttime of transaction is important. At the time of the transaction in the OP, thoughthe value was not $31.4 billion.

Since referring to fiat in the OP (while not entirely relevant to answering what the largest amount of BTC transferred
from one wallet to another a brief search the topic states), this this transaction of ~26,000139.38... BTC (with a value of $1.34 billion at the time of transaction) seems to be one of the largest reported when taking into account fiat value at time of transaction primarily and Bitcoin transferred secondary.

I'm not sure if this is the largest, though from a brief search this transaction of ~26,000 BTC (with a value of $1.34 billion at the time of transaction) seems to be one of the largest reported.
