Would the Shuffle admins be open to the suggestion of having a public chat-box? I believe that that might help a community of regular users to form and it would be a place where we could talk, and share our wins, AND probably a good place to release our frustrations from our losses as well.

If by public you mean that there would be no requirements for chatting, like with anonymity / pseudonymity, like with telegram or discord group. Imho that's a receipt for a disasterous spam fest. That both requires hiring moderators, and it would definitely be a scammer fest of scammers disguised as "help desk" accounts messaging everyone. Imho chat groups are bad, and bigger they get, the worse they get.
