As per betfury's restricted list of terms (if I saw correctly), I am allowed to register, but as per my countries law, it is prohibited.
Well, in that case, you can use the Betfury site without problems. But keep in mind that if the authorities in your country start to regulate it, and Betfury decides to adjust to them by adding the country to the list of restricted countries, then you will not be able to use your betfury account as usual. In this case, the site won't let you authorize because the corresponding pop-up window will appear every time.
What do you mean? It if it's prohibited, then authorities of that country have already regulated it. Betfury is just not prioritizing to update their ToS. And i am honestly not sure what their priorities are.

The rtp of the in-house games are, for all intents and purposes, completely fictional. Through a lengthy back and forth after i became suspicious, the most i could get out of them was a certificate for their prng for the in-house games, which has no bearing on the actual rtp. I'd be happy to answer questions in relation to what they responded with on various questions i asked, but i will hold off on going into detail now, more so to save myself time. I've hopes that maybe a community such as this will pressure them into following through with getting the games tested by a 3rd party, which in their own words have told me they currently are not. They are only tested by themselves, and lets be honest here, we are hardly supposed to be expected to go by what they say in regards to their own game's fairness when they have a profit motive. It is just a shame because it was my favourite casino from the point of registering and remained so for around 4 days, until enough time and bets were placed for things to start appearing "off". The fact they proudly display the rtp as a financially motivated clickbaity factor is rather concerning, as if they cannot verify something as simple as the rtp of games they designed themselves, or give any insight into how theyve tested it themselves, then what else are they doing that hasnt been noticed yet.
I am not even fan of Betfury, but this seems nonsense. You claim that they aren't tested by third party, which is just a lie, and it's your word against actual audit, so maybe you should contact to SIQ and complain to them instead, if you think they did such a horrible job? They recommend to do so in their report as well:

If any parties dispute our findings, or may present evidence or information
contrary to our findings, SIQ would welcome the addition of this information for our consideration.

This is just what they've told me as i've tried to seek proof from them in any way. I'm not going to play into what you're saying, it is what i was told and i wasnt shown any documents, illaside from the prng one which was irrelevant to me as the conversation was always regarding the rtp. I will post the full transcript if you want.

EDIT: You've literally just linked the prng document too smh
