I just want to ask if topics related to the forum like sMerit applications, pmerit, or merit distribution should really be moved or posted in the local off-topic subboard. Do local boards have different rules regarding this?

Because I notice in our Pilipinas local board, these kinds of discussions are usually moved to or directly posted in the local off-topic section.
But in other local boards, I noticed that most of the related merit discussion are in the main local board itself (adddedadded: even they have local off topic subboard). That's why I'm asking if there is different rules regarding this.

Locking thread now as I got an answer from a forum moderator.
