if anyone didn't know blockchains protocols has nothing to do with the Web at all
because the Web is the web-stack that includes web-server, html, http, web-browser - and any of blockchains do no work on this level at all

and even more so ethereum and so on are not web30 - but just a distributed database
where so called  smart contracts - are just a stored procedures

And again any smart-contract plaforms have nothing to do with the web at all
