web30

if anyone didn't know blockchains protocols has nothing to do with the Web at all
because the Web is the web-stack that includes web-server, html, http, web-browser - and any of blockchains do no work on this level at all

and even more
so ethereum and the rest are not web30 - but just a distributed databases
where so called smart contracts - are just a stored procedures

And again alall smart-contract platforms have nothing to do with the Web at all

In fact all these projects rely on web1.0 centralized webservers for hosting its websites or on applications mainly from centralized marketplaces that act as UI layer

ans so a real web30 would emerge form a decentralization of UI layer
