The lawsuit will be an effort in futility, the united state government will not reveal anything to him as satoshi nakamoto remains one of her greatest asset and pride, besides how is satoshi nakamoto's anonymous nature affecting him? And what does he wants to do with the persons identity. The greatest security threat satoshi nakamoto can ever get is for his identify to be revealed to the world, wether satoshi nakamoto is a person or a code name for group of people, as long as he has requested to remain anonymous, then his decision should be respected.

Some times people can do certain things just to gain recognition, he is indeed fighting a lost battle and there is nothing absolutely to be worried about this because his plans will be voided in the long run and it will be a complete waste of time and energy. He will only end up getting the attention all over the media but will not get what he seek.
